Conference fee amount in rubles may be corrected in accordance to the currency provided by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (see https://www.cbr.ru/eng/currency_base). Up to date amount of the Conference fee is shown in the table below.

Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their PhD. Post-docs cannot register as students.

Payment methods

The check for payment will be sent to your e-mail. Payment will be made through PAO SBERBANK using the bank cards of the following payment systems:
Visa International, MasterCard, Maestro card, MIR
2. Bank transfer payment via invoice.
The Invoice will be attached to Invoice download link.
Substitution, cancellation and refund policy
Full conference substitutions are permitted at any time. Substitution requests must be submitted without exception by writing an e-mail to the conference secretary (org@hbsm2018(at)ru). Please include “Conference Substitution” in the subject line of your e-mail. The substitute must be from the same organization as the original registrant. Please provide the name of the original registrant (full name and registration number) and the substitute person (gender, title, first and family name, address, phone, e-mail). Otherwise, we cannot guarantee an accurate listing on the registration list.
Conference Fee refunds may be requested and fulfilled after deducting the bank fees in the event of:
– submission rejection by the International Advisory and Program Committee
– cancellation by the participant
If the participant refuses to participate in the Conference for a good reason, the Conference fee will be refunded after deduction of actually incurred expenses, but not later than 7 working days before the event. Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to the to the conference secretary (org@hbsm2018(at)ru). For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference.

Connection with the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.
